Hello!
We're looking to launch our CSM portal in the next few months and I'm interested in what sort of trainings others have provided for B2B customers in advance of such a go-live, at the time of go-live, and over the course of the weeks and months following a go-live. We will have a range of tech-savviness needing various levels of self-starter support and I'm looking to not re-invent the wheel with our training planning/resource creation.
