Hopefully this is a QQ... I've created a custom menu link which is a scripted link to a certain KB Article, and then added that to the csm portal header. This works absolutely fine but there's a persistent '1' showing as a notifier that there's an item in the sub-menu, and I'd like to remove that from visibility on this menu item only. Is that possible, or is this a system property, that if changed, will prevent the notifier from showing for all menu items?
