CSM users closing cases without the assigned to field populated

Hi 

CSM users are currently able to close cases without populating the 'Assigned to' field, even though it is set as mandatory via a UI policy when resolving or closing a case. Despite this, users are still bypassing the requirement.  How can I resolve this?

 

User can close the case as shown below

Are they doing it via List view? Convert your UI Policies to Data Policy which will ensure this validation everywhere

Same UI policy can be converted to data policy for increased coverage
