CSM Workspace Header Image Change

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to update our header logo for the CSM workspace.

Before our Tokyo update it was working fine but after the update I am unable to update the logo.

I have followed the exact same steps: (This solution worked fine before Tokyo upgrade)

Is anyone else facing the same issue as us while not using the new Polaris UI?

Is there any solution or workaround that can help?

Hi,

 

Click on the header_logo and it redirects to the record

https://instance_name.service-now.com/sys_ux_theme_asset.do?sys_id=2d2d87fbb7102010cd4dc991de11a938

from there you can upload your own image and update it, then login in to incognito mode and check the image.

Hi Mohamed,

I have tried the exact same solution provided by you, however, it still is not accepting the image.

I have also tried deleting the image, and that does not seem to work either.

Please let me know if there is any other solution that can fix the issue on "Tokyo" release.
