CSP Chat showing blank box

External consumer is logging into our CSP portal, but when they click on the Chat icon, a blank screen comes up.  Admin or ITIL roles will work but snc_external will not work.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi George, I am facing the same issue but with our internal customers... Have you found anything that is causing this issue or a fix? Any suggestions you can provide?

Hi YenGar, sorry I never did find out what was happening, and as you can see nobody ever responded.

I ended up opening a HI ticket with ServiceNow. My thought is that it has to do with the greeting since it is looking up the user's info to show the menu in the greeting. But waiting to see what they tell me.
