Hello Guys,
In my personal developer instance when the CSM plugin is installed, there are 2 portals - CSM and CSP which are available in the portals list but somehow In my project instance only CSM portal is listed in the portals list.I am wondering how to configure the CSP portal ..although it should have populated OOB as in the personal developer instance.
Does anyone have any ides how why csp is not available and how can I bring it in a simpel way. I dont want to go with the custom solution.

Thanks

Hello @SN developer3 ,

Check for this plugin and activate it : sn_csp_portal (

Consumer Service Portal

App id: sn_csp_portal

)

The Consumer Service Portal enables business-to-consumer (B2C) organizations to support their customers. The portal provides out-of-the-box self-service capabilities that customers can use to search for information or request assistance from a customer service agent.

Thanks

Thanks for responding.
It is weird that in PDI, I didn't had to install separately.
Do you have any idea if it is a paid plugin or not?

Thanks

Try to check in your dev instance , if you are able to install it then your instance is entitled to it.

Thanks

It says pricing paid
