Customer Information page visibility on CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

I'm facing an issue with Customer Information tab on the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, I'm able to see the tab only if Contact or Consumer or Account is filled. I want the Customer Information tab to be visible all the time and I don't see any screen conditions which would restrict the visibility.

Even after setting the screen condition to table=sn_customerservice_case^sysId!=-1, the customer information tab doesn't seem to be working based on the condition.
