Customizing Knowledge Portal looks like ServiceNow docs

Hello everyone!

I have an exciting update to share. A customer of ours is keen on establishing a knowledge portal for their product documentation and release notes. They're envisioning a portal akin to the layout and design of ServiceNow docs. The question is: can we customize the out-of-the-box (OOB) Knowledge Base Portal to resemble the appearance and functionality of ServiceNow docs?

I'd greatly appreciate your insights and suggestions on how we might achieve this customisation. Any pointers or guidance you can offer would be incredibly valuable in navigating this project successfully.

As an administrator, you can configure the look and functionality of many knowledge base features with Knowledge Management properties.

You can access Knowledge Management properties by navigating to Knowledge > Administration > Properties
