deactivated assignment group is still visible and selectable in case form.

Hello, 

 

I have deactivated a group because it's no longer used but when I open a case I can still select this group in the assignment group field. I have created a filter in the dictionary with the condition active is true. But this does not seem to work. Can anyone help m

this is the reference qualifier. Hope it helps you.

Your Type filter shows a sys_id, which makes me thing if this is a broken query.

Just to test can you remove the Type filter and only leave Active = true and test.

Also clear cache once.

Hi,

 

I only kept the Active = true query and this did not impact the result. I am thinking that maybe there was a list that was configured. I was not involved in the implementation so I have no idea where to find this list. Where can you find the existing lists that were configured?
