Display case related details in csm portal after case creation

Hello,

Is it possible to populate case related details in csm portal after case creation like incident additional details tab?

If yes, can anyone share the steps.

Hi, I hope, you are CSM Portal. If yes, it will support to see only case details, not equivalent incident other ITSM module details. Mean while - Its not important from the end-user aspect. 

In your scenario, if you want to display those details then you should customize them in the existing portal widget. Pls remember - when you do the upgrade may it will create an issue.

Here I want to see the case fields data in csm portal. How can we get that additional details tab with all the case related fields in csm portal. 

I have checked in ritm table we have that additional details tab.

Hi, It will be achievable through the widget. Clone your existing widget and modify the code. The result will be populated in the right hand end when you open the each ticket.
