Do we have to pay anything extra for CSA exam if we have the Voucher?

Hello Guys,

So I have finished the fundamentals and addional dundamnetals courses for CSA exam and I ahve been issued a voucher. Do I have to pay anything extra apart from the vouvher for the exam and How often does the CSA exam takes place?

Hi,

Seeing that you're employed with Deloitte, I would recommend speaking to your peers and the massive resource that they are. They're a ServiceNow partner and you have all that access to those resources. I find it quite odd that they aren't guiding you with even the question around the voucher and how to use it, etc. Most top consulting firms have structured process and guidance towards training and all that.

Otherwise, feel free to search the Training and Certifications section of the forums as this same question is asked every few days and there's tons of posts there.

If it is the Voucher from the ServiceNow Fundamentals class, that is sufficient to register for the exam.

Retries will cost you additionally.
