in Agent work space instead chat number , need to display user name and department

in Agent workspace , whenever we received a chat it showing the chat number, instead of number we want to display user name who initiated the chat.

Anyone please help me how to achieve this .

I have observed that the default setting includes the Requester Name. Have you verified that the first name and last name are correctly configured in the sys_user table?
