Does CSM module have OOB capabilities to read tweets [ twitter social media] and reply them back?

Hi Everyone,
Does ServiceNow CSM module have OOB capabilities to read tweets from the social media platform 'twitter'. Create Incidents from the specific tweets and once incident is resolved reply back to those tweets on twitter platform.

Hi @Sachin Gavhane ,
If social profile is captured on the case form , tweets can be integrated.Social interactions are recorded in the Social Logs related list on the Case form.
