Hello Experts,
Status History of all Business Services in System Status has Legend as “No issues”. There is a need to update Business Service record to “Planned Maintenance” and “Outage”. Please let me know how to register an outage/planned maintenance in Service Portal.

Hi,
For this you aren't able to edit the business service status through the SP...OOB...you'd need to navigate to the back-end and search for Business Service, then select the service, scroll down and look for Outage and click New.
