Hi all. We currently use E-Signature on Case Tasks generated manually from Cases in the CSM module. The functionality works perfectly. Those assigned receive their case task, log into SNOW backend, go to their case task, click Sign Document, and things are good.
We now have a requirement that involves more "legal-like" documents. And this requires embedding the signature in the document. This functionality already exists in HRSD with HR tasks. But none of this works in CSM. Has anyone implemented this HR style embedding in CSM? Or can point me in the right direction? We currently add documents to be signed in the Managed Documents module.
