Enabling Copy Permalink for Service Portal Knowledge Articles

In the developer instance for Orlando, knowledge articles show Copy Permalink. My organization's Orlando instance does not show this, is this a plugin that needs to be turned on?

I've tried searching around for documentation but not able to find anything on this:

Appreciate the reply Michael, I'm following up with our admin to see if they can look into the Knowledge Article Content widget and modify. reply to this and mark your post if this solves it.

You can use https://<instance>.service-now.com/sp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KBXXX it show you Copy Permalink on service portal.
