Estimates against a Change Request

Can anyone tell me if there is a standard field on a change request to put your estimated effort? This would be a change request from a case. I need to create quotes based on effort during the assess stage before we approve a change. Then the actual effort is tracked using the time worked field. I know on a project you can put in planned effort but I can not find anything similar on the change request field listing configuration. My fall back is to just create a field but would like to use something standard if its available.

This isn't part of the OOB change process. Just like was answered here. That hasn't changed. Projects are more about the cost/effort of things. Changes are more about managing the change itself (you can create a change to put a project into production).
Since you asked the same question over half a year ago, I assume it still isn't implemented. My question is: why not. Just one field on the form to put in the estimated time. It's not that it impact licensing, or breaks on upgrades or anything like that. If it is a requirement to do so and you don't want to use project management for it, you will have to create it custom. It simply is not part of the OOB change config in ServiceNow (validated it on a Washington instance).
There are 2 OOB duration fields (calendar and business). If you absolutely don't want to create a custom field and are not using one of these, you could utilize one them for it, but know that that could possibly break on an upgrade or, if at one time you need the field in your process, it will bring bigger head aches. Just create the field.
