Exchange Exam Voucher?

I passed the SNOW CIS Discovery exam, when I took the instructor led course they gave me access to the Discovery Fundamentals which it granted me two exam vouchers:

This means I now have another non-claimed and used or can user voucher.

Is it possible to exchange this for a different voucher of my choosing?

However you can create a ticket in the now learning portal and check with the support team regarding this as well.

I assume the ServiceNow CIS Discovery exam? And not a SNOW exam?

Anyway, you can't trade vouchers, you can't give them to anyone else, etc.. You can only use such double vouchers in case you would fail an attempt, for a retry.

The short answer is no - Vouchers is only valid to the specific training.
