I have encountered an issue with performance of OOB Search Page widget on service portal. I have tested that both on my own PDI instance and customer instances.
After enabling Agent Chat, this widget stopped to display Catalog items within search results (KBs are displayedU.
When I pull in Faceted Search widget to the service portal right below the Search Page Widget, this Faceted Search shows everything like before - including Catalog items that were found for the search keyword.
On other instance where there is no Agent Chat on service portal, both widgets behave the same - they display all relevant information including Catalog items.
Has anyone seen such issue? What may be the reason?
