Hi community,
Here after submitting the request for a catalog item , it's not showing me the "show flow designer" related link in RITM. And in flow context it's showing me this in log entries " "Found mismatch in scope after flow engine done. resetting stack". Can anyone please help me with this. @Ankur Bawiskar

So REQ is approved but still RITM flow not triggered?
Is this happening for all catalog items?
check this
Flow assigned to catalog item is not triggered when I submit Order Guide.

@Ankur Bawiskar The catalog items which are having workflow for those it's showing "show workflow" related link, but for this flow designer it's not showing in RITM

This warning coming in Yokohoma release for every flow. You can ignore this for now as this is only warning.
