Facing issue with CSM Work space No data visible in the form

Hi Team 

I am facing issue in CSM work space , I am open my work space click on new button or open exiting record I am unable to see the fields and data also. If any one knows pls help me to resolve this.

Please share the screenshots, also make sure you have required roles to see CSM data.
