Filter condition is not coming as expected in the related list

Hi Team,

I have created one related list on the Change record , Name> CI Outcomes

using below Relationship

but the filter condition is not coming

it should come like below,

i tried searching the edit default filter , its not showing,

How to achieve this , can anyone let me know.

Are you sure the choice value is correct for field "change_task_type" on change_task table?

yes choice value is correct.

other way is Configure -> List control on OOB "Change Tasks" related list and add the default filter

1) you might not find "Edit default filter" on form but you can modify the form layout in default update set of global scope and add it

2) then you can give your Type Condition

i did the same way as you mentioned, but in Edit default filter , options are not coming only showing the keywords ,

Any modification required in the code, please let me know.

in show related fields also ntg coming.
