Getting Error on CSM portal

Hello Community!

We are getting below error in the CSM portal.

Error : Part of the query on sn_customerservice_case has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_range' operation on sn_customerservice_case.opened_by error.

Can anyone guide me to resolve this error.

Please identify which user login access generates an error. Initially, grant administrative rights for testing purposes and conduct the necessary tests. If the same error persists, it indicates that the issue is not related to roles. Conversely, if the error does not occur, it may suggest a role-related issue. It is important to comprehend your role definition according to your organization and address the issue based on accurate role tagging.
