Has anyone solved for screen sharing without interrupting Teams calls?

Here is the problem I'm trying to solve. We use Twilio to dial out for bridge calls for incident management, integrated with ServiceNow. If someone joins via Teams, it's treated as it's own entity. So if they join a Teams chat/channel with a screen share, it pauses their "call" in Teams and treats it as a new call. We are trying to solve using ServiceNow to do bridge call outs, but also want an integrated screen share option.
