have custom incident when the user uploads more than 30 attachments, first ones are not visible

we have create FO incidentes ( custom table u_incidentes) so external user can report through email to our NOC when a Fiber O incident happens.
when have noticed that once the attachments are more than 30, the first ones uploaded are no longer visible on the work notes, (notes tab)
can this be fixed, or customized as the noc members need visibility in all attachments
you can see in the images( first show) those are the first ones uploaded, but when i scroll down on the notes the first one show its the whatsapp image of a gate( attached)

Hello @ncalderon
The issue is reproducible in Incident as well as Case form and I am sure must be in every other record type. I would request you to raise a HI Case and as an interim solution, add in batches with each batch max limit to 30.
