I'm having extreme difficulty with a question. I impersonated a user. I opened a Case and requested a REQ within the CASE. The REQ was tied to the Case, but the RITM was not tied to the REQ. How can I resolve this? I'm really lost in this situation and I don't know what else to do.

Hi, unfortunately your post does not contain detail that allows for review\assessment.
Can you reproduce this issue in a PDI? If yes, can share details of the user account and catalog item\record producer that was used, then the community will be able to reproduce and investigate.
If not reproduceable in a PDI, then perhaps you could provide clear details of your configuration and steps to reproduce.
