Hi @Chandrima Mukh2 ,

Below are the detailed steps:

Step 1: Create a New Workspace (If Not Already Created)

  1. Navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration.
  2. Create a new Service Portal or use an existing one.

Step 2: Create a New Page

  1. In the Service Portal record, go to the "Designer" tab.
  2. Create a new page or use an existing one.

Step 3: Add a Workspace

  1. Edit the page you created.
  2. Drag and drop the "Workspace" widget onto the page.
  3. Configure the Workspace widget:
    • Workspace ID: Choose or create a new Workspace.
    • Mode: Select "Catalog" or another mode based on your use case.

Step 4: Create a New Catalog Item

  1. Go to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions.
  2. Create a new Catalog Item or use an existing one.

Step 5: Configure Stepper in the Catalog Item Form

  1. Open the Catalog Item record.
  2. Go to the "Form Layout" tab.
  3. Add a new section for the Stepper.
  4. Add a new "Stepper" widget to the section.
  5. Configure the Stepper widget:
    • Stepper ID: Choose or create a new Stepper.
    • View: Choose "Horizontal" or "Vertical" based on your preference.

Step 6: Add Steps to the Stepper

  1. In the Stepper record, go to the "Steps" related list.
  2. Add new steps based on your process.
  3. Configure each step, providing a name and linking it to the corresponding form or content.

Step 7: Configure Form Layouts for Each Step

  1. For each step in the Stepper, configure the associated form layout:
    • Go to the "Form Layout" tab.
    • Add sections and widgets as needed for each step.

Step 8: Test the Configuration

  1. Save your changes.
  2. Go back to the Service Portal page.
  3. Test the Stepper by navigating through the steps.

Step 9: Additional Configurations

  1. You may want to add additional widgets or scripts to enhance the functionality.
  2. Consider adding business rules, client scripts, or UI policies to control the behavior of the form based on user input.
