Can you specify your question a bit more? Importing from a certain integration? Or just ServiceNow-ServiceNow?

For example, if you export/import a ServiceNow user record, the password will be kept.

How do you want to export/import those records? Is it something needed to do daily for example, so an automated export/import between instances? Is it a one time thing, so manually would be sufficient?
