How do I get a listing of the Assignment Groups in a PDF format we can search?

I work with the Dept of Veterans Affairs in the Major Incident Management team for the Office of Information and Technology. We recently started using Service Now. Previously we used CA and before that Remedy. The naming conventions for the Assignment Groups were radically changed for this crossover, they do not correlate to anything we had before. We are misassigning tickets frequently because of this. There are approximately 3000 + groups in Assignment Groups now. How can we get a listing, preferably in PDF, of all the groups in our version of Service Now?

From the left menu:
Security - Users and Groups - Groups
I don't know which version of the list you'll be looking at, but you'll either:
Use the 'hamburger' on the upper left and choose Export - PDF.
OR
Right click in the white space of one of your column headers and Export - PDF from there.
Keeping in mind that when you export you will only get the columns you are currently showing.
