How to add a skill to a case using Skill Determination Rules

Hello everyone, so we just installed the skill determination plugin and we would like to automatically add a "Ambassador" skill on our cases if the contact is an ambassador without using a business rule. Is it possible to do this or if we need to configure something else. Thank you!

No, I don't think it is possible to add directly, you can write something to set this on Case form.

No i think you have to code it to get it done .Otherwise its difficult to add automatically
