How to add Approve/Reject buttons on the change form.

How to add Approve/Reject buttons on the change form. The buttons should be visible only when the approver logins into ServiceNow.

There is already an OOB approval button on change request, what different do you want ?

OOB it is for approval admins only, but you can change the condition to also include the approvers of the change

I have checked the OOB UI actions, but I didn't find the approve button.

I tried but when I approved all the approvers including me showing as No Longer Required and also state is not changing.
