How to add the Compose and Activities section in CSM workspace on Case form

Hi,  

I missed the Compose and Activities section in the CSM workspace how can we add those sections please help me anyone how to resolve.

Hi @Nikhitha k 

Did you Remove 'Notes' section from your workspace view?

In the Workspace form layout, Add below section with Activities(Filtered) , It will automatically show up the compose part.

You can remove other fields if not required but make sure 'Activities(Filter)' is available in layout.
