Change the order of columns in workspace

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to change the order of columns of Task sla  in workspace to all the users in the organization either by scripting or configuration, In the below picture the first column is stage and so on,when I am trying change by edit columns its appearing only to me but I want changes to everyone.

Hi @shivakumar123 ,

 

I have changed the order of columns in the Task SLAs related list of incidents in the Service Operations Workspace.

Open any incident record in the native UI and scroll down to the Task SLAs related list.

Click on the column options, then select Configure > List Layout.

Select the correct view (for instance, I am selecting Service Operations Workspace).

Switch to the correct Application Scope.

Change the order of the fields and click the 'Save' button.

Now, open any record in the Service Operations Workspace to ensure the changes are reflected correctly.

Hello, Check if there's an Admin Setting. Some workspaces allow admins to set default views for all users. Look under Workspace Settings > Task SLA Configuration (or similar).
