Hi everyone!
Our agents uses ITIL role for their activities at the CSM Workspace but, we need to block them the access to all related to CMDB.
I've created some ACL blocking cmdb tables (cmdb_ci_server and so...) but they can still see the CMDB workspace and access to it.
I do also created an ACL trying to block the cmdb workspace but it didn't work
Type: ux_route
Operation: read
Decision Type: Deny Unless
*Name: now.cmdb.*
Condition-> Role is -> u_ITIL_CMDB
I created the u_ITIL_CMDB role for this test and no I didn't added to the testing group
Any thoughts?
Regards,
Marcos

HI @Tona26 ,
OOB there is a ACL on cmdb workspace home page
deactivate it and
keep your now.cmdb.* acl
also better remove it form the workspaces list
delete highlighted record
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Thank you!
I did deactivate the now.cmdb.home ACL and it worked!
