How to change application scope of Resolution Code field from Global to Customer Service

Hello,
We have an OOB "Resolution Code" field in the case table within the customer service application scope. For some reason, the client changed the application scope of this field from customer service to global scope using background scripts. Now, we want to revert it back to the customer service application scope. We've tried using background scripts, fix scripts, and deactivating ACLs, but we haven't been able to achieve this. Is there any way to change the application scope of this field back from global to customer service?

If the scope is missed. Then the truth is to create the correct one in the appropriate scope CSM/Customer service and then turn the Global scope option off.

Hello @IndraS ,
I would replicate the same issue in my dev instance (demo instance) and would try to repair/upgrade the plugin. You can give it a try, I think it will fix the field.
