CSM configurable workspace - list is not visible

Non-admins cannot view the list menu neither list, can any one help what kind of issue is this, I tried adding them roles as "sn_customerservice_agent" but still no luck

I tried adding roles to List module as well but still no luck.

Hi,

You should configure availability and m2m applicability.

Open the UI builder and select CSM configurable workspace,

then select the page list and click right nav container. 

In the right nav configuration section last part there is related links available for configure list, applicability, m2m availablity. 
Check the existing configuration first like what roles applicability, availability and then create your own.
