Hi All,
We are calling a 3rd party API and getting choices data and creating new choices in question_choice table customer service application from the global script include and calling script include through the scope client script.
We have already defined cross-scoped, and sometimes it is working fine, but most of the time we are getting errors.
The 'Question Choice' record is in application 'Global', but its 'Variable' parent record is in application 'Customer Service'. The record and its parent must be in the same application.: no thrown error
How to resolve this issue.
