Unable to get Popup in Agent Workspace inbox

hi Team,
I have 2 service channels, one is in global (oob) and we have created one more service channel (custom application),
in presence state available work items contains both global and custom application service channels.
When agent is available and user is trying to connect, Agent is not getting pop up in inbox.
If i turned off global service channel then it is working (agent able to get pop up in inbox).
If i turned off my custom service channel and trying to use oob global one, For user showing as please wait while we connect message but Agent not getting any pop up in inbox of agent workspace.
Any Suggestion on this, how it is impacting with global and cutsom one. or we shouldn't create multiple service channeles?
even i try to use global one it's not working only working with custom one.
