How to create social icons on the CSM portal footer ?

Hi All,

 

Actually i have requirement that need add a footer to CSM portal and in that on the left corner side i need social icons with the links as like ESC portal ?

Hi @Ramu6 ,

 

You can use your employee center footer in your CSM portal, by following this steps:

 

Navigate to Service Portal > Portals

Open your CSM portal > Theme

You can add the footer in there: ( for example the Employee center footer)

Then navigate to Employee Center Footer and add the CSM Portal into the Portals field:

If you'd like to create your own footer instead of using the Employee Center footer, you can create a new one in the Employee Center Footer table.  And Link with the CSM portal in the same way as shown above.
