Hello, this is my first question.

Please tell me below.

I want to use customer service portal, and I got free instance.

How to display notification menu in header in customer service portal?

In my instance, there are Knowledge, Get Help, Support, Tours, Chat and no notification.

Hi,

Notification menu will be available to customers when there is request pending approval, cases awaiting response, etc. Refer our documentation for more details.

NotificationDisplays notifications sent for resolved cases, cases awaiting information, publications, and approvals.
