How to enable Appointment booking option in service portal

Hi,

I am trying to enable the appointment booking application in my development instance,  I enabled all the required plugins successfully without any issues. However, I'm not able to see the option for booking the appointment from the portal  as mentioned in the servicenow Wiki (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/kingston-customer-service-management/page/product/field-service-management/task/appointment-booking-book-appt-UI.html)

Plugin Installed:-
-----------------------
1.  Appointment Booking
2. Customer Service Portal
3. Consumer Service Portal

Could you please help me to understand what could be the issue or is anything missing to show this option in service portals.

Go to Service Portal > Pages, then search for fsm_ticket. Are you using admin or an external user in the CSM portal to book the appointment?

I have searched the page in Service Portal>pages, but however i am not able to find the file and i'm using local admin user id  in the csm portal.

Rajesh,

Could you please try logging in as a customer contact (Ex. george.warren) in the Customer Portal instead of admin.

Activate 'Customer Service with Field Service Management' plugin, you will be finding the page now
