How to integrate calls/conference into CSM Workspace using MS Teams?

Hello everyone,

 

I would like to ask if we can integrate calls into the CSM Workspace using MS Teams. If possible, can you give me an idea of how to incorporate it?

Hi @jeansky ,

I don't think you can initiate calls from workspace via MS teams integration.
