What to make a setup , so that I can easily run the dynamic translation in the email notification.(By setting up the servicenow translator configuration and not the IBM or Microsoft)

@Utsav JAISWAL,

The "servicenow" option is only for Language Detection (it's used in VA for that use-case), it's not for translation as it doesn't provide that capability. So the short answer I'm afraid is no,

Many thanks,
Kind regards

Hi Utsav,

ServiceNow is not providing a dynamic translation service.  To translate texts in your records, you need the service of one of any external service providers.

You can configure your instance to use the following service providers.

  • IBM
  • Microsoft
  • Google
  • Any translation service provider of your choice

Using one of the 3 listed here up is easier since ServiceNow is helping with the spokes required.

JP

Hii JP,

     But in my PDI tokyo there it is showing as:-

  •   IBM
  •   Microsoft
  • Servicenow

So , I want to use that servicenow configuration option and with that I have to create a dynamic translation email notification.

@UTSAV JAISWAL,

So, in "Dynamic Translation", when you see the "Servicenow" provider it is just for our Language Detection spoke and nothing more I'm afraid,

As @JP - Kyndryl says we do not provide a native MT in the platform today,

Many thanks,
kind regards

Hii @Alex Coope - SN

So, can we configure/use with "ServiceNow" as same as IBM and Microsoft. My requirement is to create with that "ServiceNow" option.
