Hello guys,
Kind of new in Servicenow. I am trying to figure out how to share a case number to my colleagues besides the copy and paste functionality to make it easier? Is there a short way or faster way to do that?

Hi @Omartinez1 ,
Copy and Paste is easier and faster way, also sharing url is another way.
Mark this as helpful and correct if this answer your question.
Thanks,
Yaswanth

Hello @Omartinez1
You can open the case in list view and copy the number from there, it will copy the Case number with hyperlink.
This way your colleagues can directly click on the shared case number and it will open the respective case URL.

Hope the answer helps!

Hi @Omartinez1,
The below example is for incident but you can use the same approach for Cases (or any other records)
In the Service Operation Workspace (SOW) you can use the Sidebar discussions as seen below:
It will remain there for later needs, and you can discuss about it, share your ideas or knowledge directly like a chat. It can involve one or more people up to your wish.
More about the sidebar discussions:

Or you can use the Watch List field but then they will receive all the notifications about that record.
