How to show a field after submitting form on service portal?

I need to show "watchlist" filed after the form is submitted on service portal. (form is a record producer)

can anyone help me on this.

This is how it looks after submitting the case as of now. can we show watchlist field somewhere here : (attached screenshot)

Hi,
OOTB you cannot add a watch list to the info field section. (Like priority etc.)

Very simple solution is to create a custom widget just having watchlist there and place on this portal page.

This also can be done but you need to change the widget code.
