How to use NLU to search in portal

Hi @Ha Le 

NLU is part of Virtual Agent. You cannot use it on Portal Search.

For any modification on Portal Search, you need to update 'Typehead Search' Widget.

Hi @Ha Le,

As Anubhav mentioned NLU is part of Virtual Agents, so can not used in Service portals search.

You can user the AI Search in Service Portal.

NLU can be used in AI search which you need to activate per portal where you want to use it.

Sagar has a link to it, and honestly there is no reason not to migrate to AI search, so go ahead 🙂
