HR Skills Auto-Assignment

Hello,

I would like to learn more about how HR Skills work for auto-assignment cases. I understand that it operates with matching rules and that these rules are linked to a Script Include. Could anyone provide more details on how I can assign an HR case based on HR Skills?

Additionally, is there a way to generate a report to see which HR skills are in high demand?

Regarding the report, it depends on the organization's HR Services ( like, onBoarding, offBoarding, Separation, Termination, Bonus, Visa, Travel, Business Card etc. )
