When I am checking CSM portal in ServiceNow Docs, The Customer Service Portal header includes the Notification link.
But When I installed the plugin for customer service portal and logged in I am not able to see Notifications link.
Note: I logged as a external customer.

Hi,
I've just checked in my personal instance (Madrid), it's everything OOTB, logged in with Carl Customer user, I can see the Notification header menu:
I suggest you to enable the following plugin:
Customer Service Management Demo Data
If there is no Notification, the menu might not appear in the CMS portal, please check it.
If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.

I have installed the demo data already, but still can't see Notifications link in the header.
When i checked in the platform, i found this. The notification had a condition and no page was linked with it. Is there anything that i need to change?
