I am trying to connect a record producer to a csm portal page.

I have created a record producer, and a portal page but cannot seem to be able to connect them together. Can anyone help?

Also, make sure you have an external role set up on the "Accessibility" tab for the record producer, such as shown below.  There are a number of external roles - starting with sn_customer, or you could use snc_external.
