How to add all sections in case form for clent sme role on CSM workspace

Hi @Naveen_Varma Can you share the exact role id? like "client_sme" and are you checking this on case form?

For client_sme role i am unable to see the workday section on case form, but as a admin and agent i could see the all sections on case form in workspace.

What does "client_sme" role consists off? can you compare with agent role and provide the roles accordingly.
